Returns & Exchanges:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Return Shipping:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
• Ritual oils
• Spiritual / metaphysical items
• Custom or made-to-order pieces
• Any item that has been used, opened, or altered

These items are considered personal-use or energetically sensitive and are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos so I can make it right.

Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Each item is intentionally crafted and may have slight variations. These are part of the nature of handmade and ritual items.
